Fault Management, Network Performance Management of BSS nodes. Fault & trouble shooting of BTS sites. NodeB License loading. NodeB alarm ceasing. Network Parameters Optimization at Cell/NodeB/E-NodeB. Alarm clearance from daily MO report of 2G . Perform activities to clear various faults i.e. CP fault, AP fault etc. Taking APG and CP backup weekly as well as monthly basis for Backup purpose. Independently verify the entire BSC/RNC performance on the basis of live alarm monitoring & command handling tools of network. Escalations of P1 (Emergency) & P2 (Critical) cases to circle and corporate team within SLA. Provide online support to field engineers. Provide online support to field engineers.
