How is data backup of a particular company done in Tally ERP 9?

Not expecting an answer viz. go to the tally data folder->Locate the company number and zip the file.

go to the strongtally data/strong folder->Locate the strongcompany/strong number and zip the file. Press Alt+F3--> Select strongBack Up/strong option--> Mention the Destination for strongBack Up/strong File--> Select the strongCompany/strong for strongBack Up/strong. gateway ofstrongtally/strong>strongbackup/strong>enter source and destination for strongbackup/strong>select strongcompany/strong to strongbackup/strong>press enter and you are strongdone/strong.
