How is data backup of a particular company done in Tally ERP 9?

Not expecting an answer viz. go to the tally data folder->Locate the company number and zip the file.

Go to Gateway of Tally=> Company info=>backup=>Sourse: E:// or D://=>Destingtion: C:// or F://=Backup Yes
