Tally at automobile service center

Hello I Have recently got a job at Tata service center as a tally accountant. Here I am facing problem to make entries for services. I dont know how to make paid service and free service entry as well as free parts replacement in warrenty period. Example- wheel alignment is a free service in warrenty and aftet warrenty it will be paid or within warrenty service charges are nil after that paid. Parts and service entries will be in the same invoice. I am new to this situation not getting should I have to make two groups free and paid and two items and company also receving amount for free service from manufacturer please help hope u undersyand what I mean to say

  1. You can create 2 voucher types e.g. Pre-Warranty Sale (Under Sales)that is free of cost which contains free replacement parts and free service. And Post-Warranty Sales (Under Sales) that is paid. No need to make 2 groups of Stock (as far as I have understood the situation). 
  
  2. Repairing Service & Replacement Service...these 2 stocks have to be created as Services along with relevant Spare Parts / Replacement Parts as Goods. 
  
  3.I don't understand the case of Warranty Sales. Free parts are given but are those coming to the service center for free of cost from the manufacturer or not? If it is not coming for free but yet you are giving it for free in case of Warranty Sale, you cannot charge customer...then who will you charge? If you have to generate invoice against customer but they are not liable to pay but the Manufacturing Company is...then you cannot generate another invoice against same Job just because Mfg. company is paying for the Job.
