Why all companies management requirements only experience condidates

I want ask about job. Y all companies hire only experience condidates.. We all of u know that company not hire fresher condidates how he's get experienced...

  • Experienced candidates are required to lead the project who have already done similar project. This helps in appropriate planning and scheduling of works. Under leaders there are less or no-experience candidates placed who have got good SKILL and they are trained on-job. Please note that SKILL counts not only bunch of Degrees.

  • During any interview process , the main reason for hiring experience candidates is basically based on the kind of requirement they have. The best example is hiring for pilot project , when they are hiring for pilot project there will be a huge requirement , which they need to fullfill by hiring both experienced and non-experienced candidates. The ratio of freshers might be less when compared,experienced candidates as they,don't want to spend more time and money in training freshers. In certain scenarios freshers may have to undergo on job training.

  • Actually companies want candidates should be as per there standards/practices followed in Industry, but there a gap between want industry wants and current level of students passing each year. I like to tell you that do few industry relevent courses related to your area in first year and apply that in your summer intership (2month/6month). By this way you will get experience and your competancy will improve. Then employer can't reject you.
