Companies Invest a lot in Hiring top talents, but these talents move away when the company needs them?

I've a seen Company Investing a lot in Hiring the Talent from Top Institutes. But after few days i found the talent which the company strive to find out were meaning less. I say meaning less because from the past few months the company is in bad phase (in terms of External market conditions and which would be for temporary period of time). But the so called top talent left the organization in fear that the will close down. Instead of providing a better solutions and making employee feel they are safe in the organizations.My question here is, Why do Organizations invest in hiring people who will not be there in hard times? Why do Organizations invest in people who cannot provide strategic solutions? what is that in which company is failing to hire potential candidates.

  •  the attitude of the management have to be changed and they should change their mind sets to encourage the senior people to have better results in future.

  • To comment on this issue seems to be good.  I agree on this point.  They do not believe the senior people who will work hard and safe guard the company and as well themselves.  Without depending on the seniority and their performance, they encourage to get new talented people who expect the hify salaries and high expections to have more benefits.  But when they join in the company, the situation will be known and immediately scared for the environment and try to jump from that company to have more benefits in other company and so on .....  And the management is also encouraging for youth, by thinking that  they come for lower salaries, even he has more talent, but in the same time they (The Management)  never think that he will quit the job immediately if he gets more salary in other company.  In this situation, what is the use of appointing a talents from top institutes, instead using the senior and hard working employees who will give good results and well versed in that area.   And I observed that the generation who are coming for jobs does not have patience to work hard and to earn experience and they feel that they have  qualified  certificates and can be appointed very easily and quickly.  

    In conclusion, the attitude of the management have to be changed and they should change their mind sets to encourage the senior people to have better results in future.
