Why is it very difficult to get a senior position job in Finance ?

  • Now a days having therotical knowledge is not enough and the field we are in keeps on changing every day, but the method of learning is same. It is very much necessary, to get senior position in Finance field one must know about the implementation of the financial concepts. Things that we learn during graduations or PG are not exactly the same. Every situation defers from earlies so why not to have different way to get out of it?

  • becuase today many companies are looking for experienced candidates. the main reason behind this is the companies do not want to invest their money in the form of cost on fresher candidates.

  • No such kind of scenario.Infact, Finance person have better understanding of business than any other field. If you have skill set and knwoledge no one stops you to achieve higher position in firm.

  • Nothing is not imposible but little hard the thing we have to do is work hard and have possetive attitude regarding the targate.
