  • The best way to learn QuickBooks is to register for a free trial. After you get your trial set up, the software can be a bit overwhelming, but there are plenty of free learning tools for you to use.

    Video Tutorials - QuickBooks offers free video tutorials for their software. Most are specific to QuickBooks Online, but there are a few for QuickBooks Pro as well.

    YouTube - YouTube is your best friend when it comes to learning QuickBooks. There are a lot of professional accountants who make QuickBooks how-to guides. A good place to start is with Hector Garcia’s videos. He’s a registered CPA who offers a lot of great information and clear explanations.

    Community Forum - QuickBooks also has a community forum for more specific questions, though it’s a little hard to find answers at time, so I’d stick with the videos to start.
