Management requires managers to carry out different kinds of work which is required to organise an event.

To manage an event you need a group of people.divide them into a particular work like lighting, decoration , sound, theme , hospitality , etc.Than first ask the person whose event you are handling , ask them their requirement and accordingly announce them budget. and create a good event for them so that they call you by next event.
