First develope your leadership quality by taking initiative of challanging job. be perfect in subject . develope good quality of leader (1) lead the job , lead the subordinate, be confident in front of your senior,take the suggestion from yur counterpart,motivate your subordinate to complete the task within time frame.(2) prepare always positive report of your task , appraise your subordinate in front of your senior, develope and take decision making attitude.(3) prepare the guideline of assign task, make a strategy to how we comlpete task in time?.(4) always be cool ,calm, positive enthuism.
