  • Argument is not solution to any problem.Its very important to present one's views properly and calmly.Being calm at such situation and giving time to situation and yourself is best way to deal with stress.

  • Stress is mainly caused due to an unwanted intervention of events that are in no way related to us. But at some point in time, it is important to perform well like in exam preparation. So, stress is a neutral word and depends on perspective. If we are dominated by our head of the organization and, we should not take stress at all. We should instead wait for the right time and communicate with them. It is always better to look up to the person rather than avoiding him/her. No one is born with stress. It is the external or internal environment that stimulates the same in the form of stressors. If the situation is going out of control, it is always wise to consult with a doctor, not for medication but for finding a remedy for the same. 

  • you should always follow your senior decision even they scold you as they definetly knows more than than you.
    To manage your stress do meditation and yoga.
    Always be in a happy mood.
    be positive always.

    First stress comes to anyone where they cant able to handle a situation, it may be personal or official..

    1) Dont give much importance to things which are out of control..
    2) Take a break during stress go out and do which makes you happy
    3)During stress just talk with your closed ones..
    4) Every problem has a solution give time 
    5) Have a mind set that this to will pass
    6) Accept things as it is instead of looking on your own style..

  • Arguments are stressful and if it is with your senior that definitely you would be stressed. However in that situation you need you to calm yourself as your senior may not do so. You need to think of a solution if the argument is serious, if not try and do something that you enjoy this will help you to relax.
