What will be your immediate reply when your boss throw you out of the cmpny

You did not meet the deadline but you are eminent enough for that task..will you argue...If so by what kind of words

  • First of all arguing through out will  does not give a proper solution.
    I will ask my boss polietly "Sir if there is any flaws in it surely i will give my cent percent work to overcome that major cause and to find exact solution for it".
    If that is the case politeness may effect in it.

  • no...i would not argue because it might worsen the situation further..i would rather deal with the situation calmly and sensibly and try to make my boss understand my reasons for not meeting my deadline.I also would also convince him to check my record and work performance if i am that eminent.

  • First of all, I will give a certain reason which helps him to calm down that why I didn't complete my work in given timeline Example  I will show him that I found a very different solution for the certain task that he had given to me, and how this solution help his company to increase the productivity which will be beneficial, and lastly I will say by implementing this solution it takes me certain extra time that why I didn't,t  complete the task in a good way but I had completed in better way. The good attitude is everything we need to take care of when we talk to anyone.
