boats and streams question-RBI grade b 2017

A boat goes upstream 60 Km and downstream 60 km in 5 hours 30 mins, and 40 km upstream and 40 downstream in 3 hours 40 mins. What is the speed of the boat in still water?

  In seems data is insufficient. You can give many answers without much calculation. What are the options available in answers ?  It's 5 hours 30 minutes time taken to cover 60 km upstream & downstream & 3 hours 40 minutes for 40 KM Upstream & Downstream. You will conclude with only 1 equation considering both 2.  You will arrive at the conclusion that to cover 1 km US & DS it took 5 minutes 30 seconds. So you can take any answer (Boat speed should be more than stream speed). The ratio between boat speed & stream speed is 11: 3 * (13^1/2)
