Pneumatic Circuits - Drainage of condensate and oil

In the pneumatic circuits there are condensed water plus lubricating oil residues from the air compressor. Which drainage is most appropriate: the manual or automatic?

• The manual drainage when the volume of water plus oil is equal to or less than 1 liter/hour. The automatic for the higher volumes.
