SC says if u don't vote u don't right to blame on Government, i want to know a person under 18 can't vote so he/she has no right to blame on Government ?

The bench, which also comprised Justices N V Ramana and D Y Chandrachud, also ruled that it cannot look into encroachments in a matter involving all states while sitting in Delhi.

  A person under 18 years has right to ask govt. but even if u have above 18 years and a voter id holder but have not yet vote in election then you have no right to ask govt.
