  • In my view
    nepotism the act of favouring our relatives or someone we know close giving them job, is a bad practise as we dont know weather they are skilled or upto the mark,
    reservation system has pro's and cons on the other hand, as we see in the history of india the backward clases have done all the low jobs, discrimination, and the years of these discrimination has impacted generations that is why still half of then lack theknowledge as their elders are afraid, to endthis fear the reservation system is placed 
    on the part of countries development rate i feel that thereis a negetive impact / slow down of the countrys growth rate,but in the long run the more the people with knowledge  the country will develop at a booming pace, being  part of a socialistic society some hinderances are there but we will overcome them.

  • Nepotism and reservation in india actually stoping the development of india.nepotism also gives it's way toward corruption.Giving jobs to people without talent will disappoint the people who has talent . reservation through caste base is a worst thing in india.
