• Through communication, information sharing, assessment and rewards, both individual and groups can improve continuously.br /1)  Make everyone aware of the expectationsbr /2)  Give information and trainingbr /3)  Assess performancesbr /4)  Give constructive feedback and encouragement with other rewards.br /br /Everyone should be able to experiment, make mistakes and learn because excellence is the ultimate goal and achieving it may involve experimentation and imperfection.br /br /
