Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities: • Part of Re-imbursement claims processing. (Medical, Travel, Personal/ Company car Fuel & maintains). • Check, validate and process all reimbursements claims. • Handle all Payrolls related Query Via over the calls or mails and provide guidance to their queries. • Escalate the query to Ramco ops team at back end & follow up & get a response & report back to employee • Responsible to collect all the claim documents from different Entities (GE IS\ Lighting & Intelligence platform). • Handling employees queries related to PF final settlement • After collecting the claims bills, send all documents to main branch for processing. • Collect PF nomination forms of new joinee’s from SPOC & hand over the PF representative for submitting to PF office • Handling PF withdraw & transfer of the employees. • Resolve all the Tax related queries. • Assessing about Flexible Benefit plans Declarations and IT investments in Payroll ERP Tool. • At the end of month prepare all the entities Reimbursement MIS report. • Collect the tax proof document from exit employee what he declared in investment & send it to Ramco for Full & Final settlement calculations.
Executive – HR Responsibilities IN GE India Industrial Solution • Taking Care Joining formalities of new joinee’s. • Proper filing and documentation of inputs/client record/outputs etc. • Updating all the employee records in HRMS • Update GE employees Data in Oracle DBMS. • Maintain Medical insurance details. • Issue the service confirmation letters and Address proof letters to the GE employees. • Issue the Relieving Letter and taking care of Exit formalities. Statutory and Year End Income Tax Proofs: • Collect Tax Proofs from employees • Vouch the physical copies submitted as per the guidelines prepared for the year • Ensure there is ESS declaration for the proof submitted by employees • Incorrect submissions should be communicated back to the employee • Vouched document to be sent to Ramco back office for using for payroll process

Roles and Responsibilities: • Given support to the client to generate the salary of Employees. • Responsible to resolve issues and inquiries of the clients. • Helped them to Calculate, Basic, PF, PT, Conveyance, and HRA. • Helped them to maintain the Master database of all the employees at one place. • Responsible for manual update of employee records • Helped them to Add New joinee into the system • It includes Employee no, name, Designation, Department, Division, Location, Date of Birth, • Date of Join, Father Name (for PF form5), and PAN No (for ETDS) • Updating the client details. • And also helped them to install the folklore payroll application. • Responsible for keeping the record of closed and open calls Ticket. • Assign the ticket to the team members. • Responsible for maintaining the payment due or cleared record. • Prepare daily/weekly closing reports. • Keep in track of existing customer list and to inform them regarding the training program through mails. • Follow up with the participants for the training program. • Responsible to raise the invoice to the client. • Follow up for the payments.
