  • The factors to be considered while planning for the event is 1. Funds (budget) 2. Clients demands 3. Time, Venue and place 4. Labour required for the event 5. Making a team 6. Brainstorming about how to meet clients demands, bringing out creativity and uniqueness,ways to lower expenses, suggestions and planning the scedules,etc 7.Teamwork and updating client about the event 8. Execution

  • There aree very few factore that are consider while organizing evey events  that are - purose , audience, venue, time and date , budget and the new concept for the event that can be use to make it unique 


  • The most and first important factor is budget while planning a event because every other factors depends upon budget, and following are some imp factors as follows 1) make a team 2) make master plan 3)place and time 4) sponsor and advertising
