START UP: CROPS
CROPS this is our startup name. It means we will grow how many times we are cut down.

? We initiated this startup before 3 months with a positive motive that “Technology should reach even common people to improvise their general knowledge and their involvement into the society by knowing the technology. This can be achieved only when the cost is optimal to the middle class and lower class people.” So we decided to make innovations and also to make some existing models at low cost which can be affordable to everyone. There comes the first step in our startup.

? Then we placed our startup in our college with the help of Our Principal and Vice Principal. We are planning to promote our company using our college address.
? Then we started improvising ourselves by finding new product developments. If it’s a new invention or an altered one of an existing product, we planned, prepared and applied for journal papers. Using the journal papers we just contacted companies for promotions and partnerships.
We had few rules and regulations.
1. Money is not our first motive.
2. All are equal in our company.
3. Everyone has the right to question everyone.
4. Everyone is given separate positions in our company and it’s permanent.
5. We are here to improve our knowledge and improve others knowledge.
6. Whatever known to one person in a team is going to be taught to other team members.
7. Whatever may happen or how many ever time we may lose we will never step out of this startup.
We are a good team of same department who are really interested in the startup.
What are our product developments?
1. Home automations system at low cost:
? Is this possible? Yes it is possible because the components, casing and other software works that are been used costs just Rupees: 10,000/-. And the other cost includes 7,000. But in the market and by outside sellers it is been sold up to 1 lakh – 2 lakhs, depending upon the house. If we are been little promoted and visible in the market we can rule the market.
? We are having a huge plan of promoting this product in the market.
1. We are going to have a tie up with a company which already made a huge revolution in taxi booking. They are going to take care of the softwares, social websites and promotion of the company and service maintenance records.
2. Then we are planning to start a YouTube channel which will help us in product promotion as videos and also for our other works.
2. Gas leakage detection and safety system:
? This is an advanced system which we worked as an IOT project one year before.
? We are making a journal paper regarding this in “Food and safety department” so that we can move to the next step to government partnership or promotion.
