In this project, the worn-out component of automobile body is taken as a subject and the problem is aimed to be solved through reverse engineering and 3D Printing.Scanners were used to scan the reverse geometries and after successful processing through certain software’s the reverse scanned geometry can be printed with appropriate polymer material through fused deposition modeling technique.
