What are the qualities required for an individual to mingle with the team members so that there will be no misconceptions between the members

  • An individual should posses the clarity of communication with the team members, he/she should be a good listener, he/she should participate in group discussion, should be patient and should have the positive attitude to take the points of other team members.

  • First of all behavior matters the way we speak the way we learn it should not exceed limit . Secondly Should not speak rudely so that everyone can understand each other and maintain good team

    Let me explain you with my example: I was a libro in my Volleyball team but i used to go with the ball so that I will not let the ball to fall on the ground. In doing so I generally take the position of another player and the team losses the match. I was performing good as an individual but my team is not performing that best. It is just beacuse I wanted that I will not let the ball to touch the ground i.e. I'm trusting myself but not my fellow players. After somedays I realised that they are also the members of the team and they are all playing for the same moto - to win. And if all are members of the team then they are equally capable like me. So I stopped myself from going to their position and focused on playing and improving my game on my position. We use to share our mistakes but I was not moving to their position. And to my surprise we had got better result. From there I learned that we must trust the team. If the team is formed and you are a member then believe in the team.

  • The Best way to be a Good Team leader is to Start Using of the word "WE" in the Team Meetings for Instance- We can Reach the Target, We are going Great and we will reach our TARGET.

    - Always have a Smile on the Face it will Solve Half of the Problems.
    - Never Hesitate to Ask Questions if you have any Doubts.
    - Always talk to Face to Face and Never talk about Other,s on their Back.

  • 1. Positive attitude: Try to maintain "WE CAN DO IT" attitude. Whatever be the problem , always focus on solutions and not on the problems.
    2.Be Polite: Even if the situation is against you , try to be polite. Because no one likes person with aggressive attitude. Politeness is key to explanation.
    3. Never Underestimate Others: This is the quality which I feel most people don't have. In every team there are some team members which are not as good as others in their skills. Always keep in mind not to underestimate them ,otherwise they will form their alliance against you. Sometimes a person not good in required skills might be good in other skills . Respect your every team member.
    4. Be Fair: Treat all team members equally. Never be too much friendly with one and too much aggressive with the other one. Never try to take credit for someone else's work. 
    Always take appropriate credit.
    5.Complement Other's Skills: Every person has areas of strength and some weak points. Always appreciate others for their work instead of feeling jealous with their work.
    6. Be a LEARNER: Have a attitude of learning from others. Never think you are the best because it will hinder your ability to learn . Keep on learning from your team-members.
