Difference between pharmacological effect or therapeutic effect?

As we know , pharmacological effect belongs to drug effect on the body ... And therapeutic effect means how drug work positively in the body in disease state . But please expand in detail if any one have deep information about it

There is no inherent difference between therapeutic and undesired side effects; both responses are behavioral/physiologic changes which occur as a response to the treatment strategy or agent.
