What to do when anger comes with disrespectful person?

Can anyone hold his/her anger standing in front of a customer who disrespect you in every regards. Can it be valued?

YOu should not take any kind of shit from any person but that does not mean you have to shout at the person. You can answer him back in a non offensive manner keeping your point. You need to be patient
