What would be the main factors to motivate a person.list them

The answer am looking for is ,how a person can be motivated,influence on the person and what results it can bring out

  • The best way to before motivating someone is to know the mindset of the person.Then we have discuss the problems faced by that person and making them comfortable to share with you.Because most of the people become demotivated as most of the person around didn't have patience to listen to them properly.so when you listen before motivating them will cure them initially.Then make that person tell about his /her achievable and happy moments.First let them speak out and listening to their mindset give them a piece of your mind with short story or incidents to motivate them.
    Main difficulty occur when our visualizing and perception is negative.so motivate them to look only at the positive things even at negative circumstances.
    Atlast motivate them to have self discipline to make things happen around them in a planned way.

    1) To make him recall his achievements after he feels demotivated or depressed.
    2) Even he/she is failed in something,You must explain him/her that it is not the last exam of life.So no need to worry about it.
    3) If a person feels demotivated again and again you must give him the example that "Even the Broken clock shows right time twice a day.
    4) The best method is to make him feel or explain the positiveness in his failure .
    5) The example of Thomas Edison is also note -worthy.He has failed thousand times while inventing the bulb.He has found out thousand ways which are not working.
