Thank you for your reply . I really searching for this information and i got this
Curd : This term actually means a dairy product which is obtained by ‘curdling or coagulation’ of the milk with an edible acid like the citric acid from lemon or acetic acid from vinegar and then drains the liquid. There are many ways to make it. CURD is a non-specific and a generic term.
When we say about ‘dahi’, we talk about only one strain of bacteria, i.e. Lactobacillus with the help of which fermentation occurs and causes the formation of lactic acid and turn milk into curd.
Yogurt:This is not a generic term and is created by milk fermentation by using a string of bacteria. Yogurt culture consists of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophiles. It is a final product that is stable and only these two strains of bacteria can make it.
What are the benefits of yogurt in the diet?
Yogurt is healthier than you can think. It’s a good source of protein, phosphorous, Vit B12, calcium, potassium, Zinc, Vitamin B5 & iodine. It lowers muscular stress, reduces the risk of high blood pressure, controls cholesterol levels, helps post-workout recovery rapid and also helps in weight loss.
