WHETHER NEW KYC DIR 3 BY MCA IS APPLICABLE TO AN ILLLEGALLY REMOVED DIRECTOR OF A PRIVATE LIMITD COMPANY
One of my clients has been illegally removed from his directorship by the other two directors in a private limited company and he has filed a complaint regarding this with the ROC. So now does the KYC requirement apply to my customer?
