How do you weigh pros and cons before making a decision?

Describe a time when you had to solve a problem, but didn’t have all necessary information about it in hand. What did you do?

Your Answer

First off, problem solving requires all the needed information to be collected. If the necessary information is not available then search for alternatives in order to find a solution. I could look through history about how similar problems were solved and then analytically solve the given problem. In decision making all the possibilities for success as well as failure should be considered and then decision can be made
