Want to increase confidence in singing

I have a talent of singing,but very much scared to sing on stage or in front of anyone , i sing perfectly when nobody is there. What should i do to boost up my confidence?

  well all i would say that you should not hide your talent,if you think you are good at singining you must carry it on ..

  Dekho akele sining karne se sirf khud ko pata chalta h ki i am singing perfect but stage show is different yaha ek bhi sur gye then u goes back.
  
  I have an idea, you can sing front of mirror and when u singing look your eyes with help of mirror. slowly slowly tumhare andar ka dar jo hai chala jayega.
