communication skills: u need not to be perfect at language, but the opposite should be able to understand.
topic: write the topic in your own words, so that you feel comfortable while practicing and delivering. 
rehearsal : rehearsal infront of mirror, or infront of your friend. find out the mistakes and improve them.
while delivering do not look at the people as that makes you fumble on stage. so look at the walls or their background that helps you to deliver with ease
