what is the methodology that should be followed by the HR freshers to get placed with a decent package at a firm before finishing their MBA degree?

  • First of all u need to search for a company that U need to join. We need to tell about the projects that we have done during college. And we need to keep our resume as crisp. And just we need to practise our introduction that what we are going to say. We need to curate our online presence. We need to maintain a LinkedIn profile. We need to stay away from recommendations.
