  www.electrical4u.com : It gives you basic knowledge of topics related to Electrical & Electronics engg. MCQ section is also there.
  http://electrical-engineering-portal.com : Basic of all technical stuffs.
  www.allaboutcircuits.com : Fundamental with details provided here. Plus, if you are in 3rd/4th year of your B.tech currently, you could find good projects here to start with.
  YouTube : No need to mention this.
  http://nptel.ac.in/courses : Lectures from IIT/ IISC professors . Good enough to follow them.
