  CB are classified on the medium that they use mainly there are 
  ACB(uses air as a medium)
  VCB
  SF6
  OCB
  Suitable for high voltage and high breaking capacities.
  Other than these there are
  MCB,MCCB,RCCB,ELCB,MPCB etc suitable for low voltage and low breaking capacities.

  So many are there but about whom I know MCB, MCCB, RCCB depending upon medium in circuit breakers these are of Vacuum ckt brkr, oil ckt brkr, gas ckt brkr.
