For leading happy and peaceful life we need job. Without job no one respect no one cares atleast for keeping happy to our family we should hv job..First thing is compititors r increased so much.few qualified students they only study without understanding and pass exams but they won't take  any knowledge from that. in interview and all they won't ask marks they want to know how much knowledge we have about that topic. So if we study with understanding the topic and also we should take some knowledge out of the syllabus also. Only syllabus is not enough to success. Our attitude is also one of the reason to not get job
