  Experience must count first..no matter in Btech or Bsc...but Govt. or Private firms give 1st preference for B.tech candidate...for their job..then..Bsc..Both doing the same type of work

  B. TECH civil engineer has more practical and field related knowledge and has experienced the field knowledge. But B. SC civil engineer has not much field knowledge.
